Chile... This ain't no po boy. This a rich man! The portion size... Look at It! Who ever heard of a family sized sandwich? The flavor is just amazing. Excellent. Perfect. You should stop here.
Dorethas was great! The food was good, the place was clean, and the people pleasant. Hamburgers were better than the average preformed thin fast food burgers. The Chicken strips were good sized and juicy. Not as crispy as Canes but still very good. The catfish strips were moist large strips. A good catfish house has them beat but I would order these again. After all, this is a place that just serves something for everyone at a reasonable cost. We will definitely return again!
Hidden little gem but well worth it. After driving back home for hours we needed a good place to eat. We found it! Food is great and portions are more than generous. Highly recommend Doretha's .
OH MYLANTA! YUM!!!!! So we were traveling and just looked up some local places to see what the area had to offer when we stumbled across this gem! YOU MUST TRY IT!!!! The portions are HUGE. and by huge I mean HUGE. Normally, you get large portions and sub par food. NOT HERE!!! The food was so so so flavorful and the sides were just as good. I had the bacon cheeseburger, wow, and others in our party had the pork chop plate. All I know is I cannot wait to return and try the rest of that menu. I'll also need to mention the staff is wonderful and pleasant to interact with.
